This is a VERY HARD TO FIND, old (1915-ish), TEAL carnival glass ruffled bowl made by Westmoreland Glass.  The Pillar and Sunburst pattern is on the exterior of the bowl.  The iridized interior is without pattern.

Condition.  This bowl is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or restorations. The iridescence is likewise very good and evenly applied.  It has a soft, pastel-like appearance as opposed to a high glossy, radium-like appearance.
