©2006; Made in 2006 according to the "Q" cyphermark on the bottom of the vase.  Marked "Trial 13-6-2006," "SP," "MP," "Moorcroft Made in Stoke-On-Trent England" Original price sticker from 2006 shows a price of €195 (about $246 U.S.)

Rachel Bishop was the designer. The design was commercially named Trilogy and was a stylised tribute to Charles Rennie Mackintosh (see p. 16 of Moorcroft Collectors Club Newsletter, August 2008, No. 56).  Trilogy was retired November 2007 (see p. 48, Moorcroft Collectors Club Newsletter, November 2007, No. 53).  The 2007 Moorcroft catalogue price for this item as Trilogy was $546.
